Jack has come out of seclusion. He's been hiding for too long, and has become fed up with being in isolation. He misses the fun, the danger, the women, and more particularly, the opportunity to practice his craft.

 

There are still far too many functioning objects waiting to be removed, and Jack is the guy who can rectify that.
